Save time by filling out and bringing the participation authorization/release form with you to your first class.


Jazzercise is a powerfully fun and effective workout that will lift your spirits and strengthen your heart, muscles, and core. You'll get a healthy dose of cardio, strength, and stretch moves and finish up feeling energized and refreshed. 

A Typical Class

Each class is approximately 60 minutes and incorporates these components:

What you'll need

Wear good rubber soled aerobic shoes and comfortable clothes. Stretch capris, long stretch pants, bike shorts, short sleeve t-shirts, tank tops, and stretchy workout tops are what most people wear. Our facility is air conditioned, but it can still get hot so it is recommended you bring a bottle of water. Many people also bring small hand towels.

We also encourage the use of weights during the strengthening portion of class, however they are optional. We do not provide weights in class; most people bring 3 to 5 lb handweights, depending on your fitness level. During the muscle toning segment we will also use floor mats. We have some extra mats you may use during your first few visits, but returning students will need to provide their own. Most people use yoga type mats that can be found at any sporting goods store.

New to exercise?

If you haven't participated in Jazzercise or an exercise program before, don't worry about keeping up with the class for your first few classes. If things start moving too quickly or the steps seem confusing, just march in place to keep moving. It takes a little time to build some endurance, but if you stick with it, it will happen
