Features
Our facility features a PaviGym aerobic floor specially designed for aerobics use to absorb impact and diminish fatigue and injury risk. We also have two large changing rooms, a room dedicated for personal training, and the use of resist-a-balls and xertubes.
Instructors
Sally Sheppard- Sally is the owner of West Valley Jazzercise and became an instructor in 1991 after having been a student for 9 years. In addition to teaching regular Jazzercise, Sally has taught Jazzercise Lite, Jazzercise Step, and Personal Touch. She also serves as a monitor for current instructors and a movement screener for potential instructors. She and her husband have 3 children and 1 granddaughter. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and shopping.
Patti Trevizo- Patti has been teaching Jazzercise since 1995, and before that was a student for 1 1/2 years. Patti knew it was for her when she took her first class! She also teaches Jazzercise Lite, Jazzercise Step, and Personal Touch. She has 3 children, a husband in the Marine Corps, and loves teaching Jazzercise!
Jill Mueske- Jill was certified as an instructor in 2001 and was a student for 4 years. She
was a dance instructor for 16 years and now enjoys teaching Jazzercise. She has
even taught in Cancun! She and her husband Daryl have two children. They
enjoy spending their free time traveling with the kids, sports, and the beach in
Rocky Point.
Tracy Moreno- Tracy was re-certified in 2005, and was a student for over 20 years. She especially enjoys showing students how to modify their workout with low impact, high intensity moves. Tracy and her husband have 2 daughters. She enjoys gardening, traveling, and Jazzercise!
Renee Prime- Renee was certified in July 2008 after being a student and class manager for over 12 years! She is a full time behavioral health nurse and is looking forward to teaching Jazzercise in the evenings. She and her husband have 2 children and 3 grandchildren, and she enjoys shopping, traveling, and crocheting.
Cristina Young- Cristina has been an instructor for 6 years and was a class manager/student for 4 years. She works full time at Chase and is pursuing her AAS in Fitness, Strength and Nutrition and plans to finish in the Fall of 2010.
She also teaches at Metro Jazzercise Center in Phoenix. She likes to spend her free time camping and four-wheeling with her boyfriend.
Sandy Sanchez- Sandy has a passion for empowering people to take control of their health and
has been a Jazzercise instructor for over 20 years. She has taught classes in
Texas and Colorado and is now excited to be in Arizona. She and her husband
(who you will often see in class) have a son living in Texas. Sandy is a
distributor for Synergy Worldwide and also a consultant with Norwex Enviro
Products. She and her husband enjoy traveling, hiking and being in the
outdoors.
Amanda Viano- Amanda was certified in 2006 in Cleveland, OH, and taught step and regular Jazzercise classes at the Avon Jazzercise Center in Avon, OH before moving to Litchfield Park with her husband in 2009. She is passionate about nutrition and wellness and has been a Registered Dietician since 2002.

Jazzercise: The original dance exercise phenomenon! Each 60-minute workout is a fusion of dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today’s hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk, and classics. Our instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale.
Jazzercise Express: Pressed for time? Then consider this 30-minute workout featuring a streamlined
fusion of strength and cardio conditioning. With targeted intensity and
moves, Jazzercise Express provides great calorie-burning, muscle-toning
results for even the tightest of schedules.
Jazzercise Personal Touch: Kick your workout up a notch! These small group weight training and body sculpting sessions are designed to improve strength and tone muscles. The personalized approach encourages exercise consistency and the attainment of fitness goals. Special attention to movement techniques will help you get the most from your Jazzercise workouts.
